Privately Owned

We’re a boutique / privately-owned financial advisory and chartered accountancy firm. Founded by Ross Ellice-Flint in 1985, the group has undergone a major transformation with the addition of Benjamin Peters as the co-owner of the financial advisory arm since 2005. We offer a personalised service to high net worth individuals, families, SMEs and unlisted public companies. Over the years, our highly qualified team have consistently tailored intelligent strategies for our clients, helping them build, manage and maintain their wealth in a time efficient manner.

Honesty

Most senior managers and advisors are both CA, CFP & CFA qualified providing honest, transparent advice to keep you in control of your finances, leaving you time to enjoy life and the things that matter most. Everything we do is supported by cutting edge financial technology. And to make sure everything runs smoothly, we work closely with your accountant or pair you with a member of our experienced accounting team.

Time Saving

When you partner with us, you have a team of people on your side working to make sure all your financial needs are covered. There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to finances. So we tailor personalised solutions and provide long-term, ongoing guidance to maximise all possible benefits. Plus, you’ll have direct access to our partners – something only a boutique firm can deliver.

Community

We’re big believers in supporting our community, both inside the office and out. We have a series of ongoing sponsorships, make monthly charitable donations and love getting involved in local fundraising events. The whole team is incredibly proud to take part and be associated with great causes including The 20/Twenty Challenge – A mini iron man event, set up by our CEO, Ross, and his mate James Hodgkinson. It helps raise much needed funds and awareness for the Cerebral Palsy Alliance. We also support the Giant Steps Bike Ride event each year, helping raise funds for Giant Steps who help assist and educate children and families affected by Autism.
