Ross has over 35 years experience as a senior executive in the accounting and financial planning industry. After a number of years at Coopers & Lybrand, Ross founded Ellice-Flint & Co in 1985. Today, as a taxation specialist and a Fellow of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CAANZ), Ross’ expertise is widely sought after in the industry.

Jeffrey is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) with more than ten years of experience working in Chartered Accounting Firms, providing accounting and tax compliance services to family groups and their related entities including Superannuation Funds. Jeffrey holds a Master of Business Administration majoring in Professional Accounting and now working closely with a team assisting high net-worth individuals and SME’s owners to achieve their financial goals.
Fabrizia Corrado, C.A.
Tax Accountant
Fabrizia commenced working at Ellice-Flint & Co in August 2016 and has since completed her Masters of Professional Accounting from the Charles Sturt University. Currently, Fabrizia is working closely with the managers as a tax accountant assisting with preparation of individuals, as well as small and medium businesses tax and accounting related matters. Fabrizia has also completed her Chartered Accountant qualification in June 2022.

Anthony is a Chartered Accountant who has over 15 years of experience working with a number of boutique chartered firms, including ‘Big 4’ firm Price Waterhouse Coopers where he gained expertise in the areas of Company, Trust & Superannuation statutory reporting and annual taxation compliance. His expertise covers specific tax advice to a variety of private to mid-size businesses, ensuring compliance with business statutory obligations and providing solutions-based advice on business structure, performance, and tax minimisation strategies. Anthony’s clients range from high net-worth individuals to SME’s in the professional services, property & funds management, legal services, media, advertising, agricultural and health care professionals industries.

Colleen is a Chartered Accountant with ten years of experience working in Mid Tier Accounting Firms and Financial Services.She specialises in providing taxation and accounting services for high net wealth individuals, family groups and private companies. She has advised clients from a variety of industries and backgrounds including Funds and Investment Management, Healthcare, Food Distribution and Manufacturing, and Property.

Julie has over ten years experience working for EFCO and works primarily in Tax, Accounting and Business Services. She specialises in advising high net worth individuals on investment structuring, group structures and tax strategies. Julie manages a diverse portfolio of clients from professional services, legal, property, primary production, health and financial services.
Julie holds a BSc in Management from the University of Dublin & is a member of the Irish Taxation Institute she also has seven years experience in a medium size CA practice in Dublin.

Senior Business and Strategy Advisor
Darren has over 25 years’ experience working with privately held businesses on accounting and finance related matters both in Australia and the United States. After starting his Chartered Accounting career in Sydney, Darren moved to San Francisco California where he spent 20 years advising US based businesses. Along with dealing with clients on a consulting basis, he has ‘hands on’ experience gained while serving as Chief Financial Officer for a number of key clients. Areas of expertise include: Business Planning, financial modelling, transaction advisory and assistance, financial reporting and CFO assistance. Along with strong technical skills, Darren has the ability to build close trusted relationships with business owners and their finance teams playing a key role in the financial direction of your business.

Sharon started her professional career in investment banking as a credit analyst specialising in credit risk and regulatory reporting. After moving overseas to Hong Kong, where she worked as an Internal Controller for an NGO she relocated back to Australia and started her career in the accounting field. She has focused on management accounting and reporting and is currently undertaking a post graduate degree in Professional Accounting at Griffith University. She brings a friendly smile and willingness to help out in all aspects of a client’s business needs, she loves a good joke and believes that she can implement efficiencies that will reduce your stress levels.

Rohan Chapman-Davies is a Chartered Accountant and senior member of the Corporate Business Services team. Rohan has over six years of experience providing accounting and taxation services for individuals and SME’s across a range of industries. Rohan’s key areas of interest include statutory financial reporting, and financial modelling & analysis. Rohan graduated from the University of New South Wales in 2015 with a Bachelor of Commerce / Bachelor of Liberal Studies (Accounting and Finance). Prior to joining Ellice-Flint & Co full-time, Rohan was a member of the Australian Ski Team where he represented Australia at the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympic Games in the sport of Freestyle Mogul Skiing.
